All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please see our Sizing section and order carefully to be sure you get the correct Size.

If your order has been misprinted/damaged/defective Please contact us within 3 days after the product has been received. You can email us at maggithreads@yahoo.com.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Unless we are at fault, there will be a reshipping fee if your package gets returned to us.
